Created by Instagram’s fitness fanatic and growing entrepreneur, Lauren Tickner, Business Meets Fitness is a relatively new discovery for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed catching up on all the episodes as it is incredibly informative. Rest assure the amount of information given is not overwhelming. Lauren features exciting subjects such as weight training for females, optimum nutrition and amenorrhea (its link to fitness is definitely not discussed enough.) Get listening boss babes!

I adore Venetia Falconer. I think she is a fantastic interviewer, as she always manages to get her guests to discuss what they are truly passionate about. I also love the format of her podcasts. Falconer keeps her listeners entertained by putting her guests on the spot and tailoring a quick-fire round of savvy questions. Time seems to fly by when I listen to this podcast. One of my favourite episodes is Falconer’s interview with Melissa Helmsley.
