Healthy chocolate? Surely not. Well, brace yourselves lovelies because I am about to tell you something that might seem like fake news but thanks to multiple studies and research, chocolate can be good for you. My sweet treats may not be very beneficial to my performance and energy levels but they sure are good for my soul. Allowing myself to have a sweet treat here and there reduces the risk of binging on chocolates that I have restricted myself from.

Luckily for me dark chocolate is my favourite type of chocolate, however the rich taste isn’t for everyone. That’s why I have created a delicious round up of my top 5 healthy chocolate bars that actually taste good, bon apatite!
